Delivery Method
All Petsafe orders are delivered by Australia Post or Australian Air Express. If Australian Air Express is used, and you are not home to accept delivery, a note will be left in your letterbox advising you that the item can be collected at your nearest post office.

Delivery Cost
The cost of delivery is a set fee of $10.00 per order irrespective of the number of items ordered.

Delivery
Delivery is 7-14 days subject to stock availability.

Where do you deliver?
Petsafe will deliver anywhere within Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to ship Internationally at this time.

Why did I only receive one part of my order?
If you have ordered more than one product it is possible that there could be more than one delivery. Goods are shipped as soon as they are in stock. If one item is out of stock and the other item is in stock we will make two deliveries. You will only be charged one delivery fee. Sometimes you may order products that come from different warehouses so the same rules apply.
