Paying By Credit Card
It is completely safe to use your credit card with Petsafe.com.au, we use 128-bit SSL encryption to secure your card details as they pass from your browser to our servers across the internet.

Entering Your Details During Checkout
1. Once you have clicked the "Go To Checkout" link on our site you are taken to our Log In page. If you are a returning customer please enter your email address and password to log yourself in. If you are a new customer click the link for first time customers to create an account, enter you details and you will be logged in.

2. Once logged in you will see the "Your Details" screen displaying your currently entered details in our system, check that they are correct and also ensure that the Payment Box is set to Credit Card (see diagram at right). If all of your details are correct the click the "» Proceed" button at the bottom of the page.

3. You will see a screen prompting you to select a Shipping Type, select one and then click the "» Proceed" button at the bottom of the page.

4. You will see a screen displaying your order and all relevant details as it presently stands, make certain to check all of the details including the billing and shipping addresses. If it is not correct then use your browsers "Back" button to retrace your steps and make any changes as required, when you are satisfied it is all correct click the "» Proceed" button at the bottom of the page.

5. You will now be on the "Enter Your Card Details" page, you should see a form box (see diagram at right).

Card Type - Select your card type from the drop down box, we currently accept Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa.

Card Number - Enter your credit card number into this field without any spaces.

Expiration - Select both the card expiration month and year from the two drop down boxes.

Security Code - Depending upon the bank issuing your card and the card type you may have a security number associated with your card. At this point in time this field does not need to be completed, but at some future date it will become mandatory and we have provided this functionality in readiness.

Name on Card - Enter the name of the card owner EXACTLY as it appears on the card.

CC statement receipt address - This field is pre-filled with your billing address, if the statement receipt address is different to your billing address then please change the information displayed.

6. When you have entered all of your credit card details correctly then click the "» Proceed With Payment" button and your order is completed, you will then be taken to a confirmation page and an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order and the order details along with an invoice number.
